Shipping Information

From when your order is submitted, we will endeavour to process your order as soon as practically possible. It is our top priority to have you receive and enjoy our products at the earliest opportunity, which is why we have partnered with Australia Post to help us achieve this.

Please note and consider the following dispatch time frames prior to your purchase. As we grow, we will continually prioritise and improve our shipping methodology to ensure your confidence and satisfaction with our services.

During busy promotional or sales periods, please allow approximately 3 business days for the processing and dispatch of your order. In these periods, we also may experience longer than usual time frames for order fulfilment and delivery.

Following dispatch, and if you reside in Australia, allow a further 2 to 8 business days for the transit of your order for metropolitan areas. If your delivery address is rural, allow up to 12 business days for order transit. You can find more information about delivery times and delays by visiting the Australia Post official website.

For express domestic deliveries, Australia Post will endeavour to deliver your parcel within 1 to 4 days from dispatch by us (depending on specified delivery address).

Please also be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekends or on public holidays.

Order Information

Once your order has been processed and paid for, all purchase receipts are sent to your email provided to us at checkout. A shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number will also be sent once your order has been dispatched and on its way to you.

If you have not received either your order confirmation/purchase receipt or your shipping confirmation within 48 hours of purchase, please contact us immediately. Please note if you have made your purchase on a weekend or public holiday, your confirmation emails will be sent once processed on the next business day.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery: $10 for orders under $250 and free for orders over $250.
  • Express Delivery: $15 for orders under $500 and free for orders over $500.

Delivery Protocols

All Australia Post domestic orders from us require signature on delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO box. If you or a person duly authorised by you is unavailable to sign at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Australian Post Office. If an authority to leave is stated, or if Australia Post determine there is a safe and appropriate place for the parcel, it can be left at the delivery address specified and Australia Post will record a proof of delivery.

In the event the receiver provides the courier a signature of release, AGE AND FENNEL is not liable in the event the parcel is reported as missing or stolen. This is something we hope does not happen and regrettably we will not be able to refund or reissue the parcel in this case. If you believe your parcel has been incorrectly delivered or should your parcel become lost in transit, please contact us immediately using our contact information at the end of this page.

International Delivery

Presently, AGE AND FENNEL only support international deliveries to Canada, New Zealand and USA. If you do not reside in Australia or these two countries, you will not be able to proceed to checkout. However, rest assured that expanding our international operations is something we are working towards. Please support and follow our social channels to stay informed about when delivery to your region becomes available.

We have partnered with DHL Express for when an authorised international order has been placed through our website. Please note that DHL cannot deliver to a PO box, therefore please ensure you provide a valid address. On placement of an order, please allow the same order processing times prior to dispatch as stated above. Upon dispatch, DHL Express will endeavour to fulfil the delivery within 3 to 10 business days depending on where you reside.

Please note, international deliveries may be subject to additional duties and taxes on arrival of your order at your destination country or customs territory. If these charges are required by your country or territory, you will be responsible for the payment to the authorities. The amount payable is determined by your country’s specific regulations and will be issued to you by your local customs authority. If you refuse the customs fee, we must confirm with the courier that your order will be returned to us prior to issuing a refund with a deduction for cost of return and potentially a handling fee.

Denial of Order

AGE AND FENNEL reserve the right, for any reason, to reject, hold or cancel your order at any stage if we suspect it is fraudulent or has been generated for commercial gain. In this instance, we will attempt to contact you using one of your contact methods provided whilst placing your order. We may request further proof of identity before dispatching your order.

If we were unsuccessful in contacting you or your provided information doesn’t satisfy our minimum identification requirements, your order may be cancelled by us exempt from all liability. 

Changes or Cancellations of Order

It is your responsibility to proceed through our website checkout procedure with diligence and provide accurate and current details as we cannot edit, alter or cancel your order once it has been placed. If you believe you have made a mistake, please reach out as soon as possible prior to order dispatch using our contact details listed at the end of this page.
