Returns Policy

This Returns Policy below applies to all purchases through this website Understandably, we cannot accept returns from any third-party stores or retail websites which stock our AGE AND FENNEL products. If you face difficulties in rectifying your issue with any third-party supplier of our product, please contact us using our details at the end of this page.

To ensure a return is made efficiently and successfully, please review the below Conditions of Return and follow the guidelines accordingly.

Please note, the number of returns made by customers is monitored and it is at our sole discretion that excess returns made by a customer in breach of our Terms and Conditions will be flagged and potentially result in the rejection or cancellation of future orders by us.

Conditions of Return

Prior to submitting a return request, you must ensure the below conditions are met. Any items which fail to meet any of the below criteria will not be eligible for any return, credit or exchange. Return approval is subject to our review of your request. Any item returned to us which has not been approved is returned at the customer’s expense.

  1. Your purchase was made through this website
  2. The item(s) are in their original condition (unworn, not washed or altered in any way).
  3. All item(s) tags, labels and ribbons are still attached and secured as per its original condition.
  4. If the order was delivered in Australia, the returned order is received by us within 14 days from your delivery date. If the order was delivered Internationally outside Australia, the returned order is received by us within 21 days from your delivery date.

For custom or exclusively designed items, these purchases are non-refundable and returns will not be accepted.

Full Priced Items:

Items purchased at full price including pre-order(s) are eligible for a refund or store credit, however we are unable to credit or refund the cost of shipping. For full priced items purchased with the use of store credit or a voucher, then a new voucher or store credit will be reinstated.

If an item was purchased prior to the temporary promotion or sale and is then included within the promotion or has been marked down, you are not eligible to receive a refund or credit for the difference in purchase price of a previous order to the promotion or temporary offer.

Sale Items:

We do not offer refunds, credit or exchanges on any Sale Items purchased online unless deemed faulty. If the promotion is deemed a ‘Warehouse Sale’, some items within the promotion may contain minor discrepancies defined as slight imperfections/reasonable flaws and is not considered a fault on the garment under this promotion. These terms extend to Final Sale items which are items that have been priced to clear.

As previously stated, promotions or mark-downs cannot be applied to previous orders.

AGE AND FENNEL reserve the right to exclude and or remove items from and during the promotion. Note prices advertised are subject to change at any time without any notice, and orders submitted prior to these changes will not be amended.

Faulty Items:

Under Australian Consumer Law, if a major fault or defect is present on the item(s) you have purchased, you are entitled to have the item(s) repaired, replaced or refunded by us. In this instance, please email us using our contact information at the end of this web page with a description of the defect or fault accompanied by images.

How to Return

Prior to submitting a return request with us, you must ensure that you have satisfied the Conditions of Return as stated above. Items returned will be assessed once received. If the conditions stated are not satisfied upon our review, then you will not be eligible for any refund, credit or exchange.

Step 1
Submit your request for return expression via email to Within your email, you must provide your Order Number, Full Name, Delivery Address, item requested for return and reason for return with any relevant photos. This helps us to verify you as a customer and locate your order information on our system.
Step 2
Once your request for return has been processed and accepted, we will provide you a return shipping label via email. The fee for the return label will be deducted from your total refund, credit or exchange amount. If your request for return has been rejected, you will also be notified via an email response.
Step 3
Once your return has been received and processed by us, an email notification will be sent indicating your refund, credit or exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
